What does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.95.
Orders of $70 or more, excluding shipping charges, qualify for free standard shipping. No promotional code is required. When available, select the free standard shipping option during checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
Products identified as preorders, made-to-order items, or products with special production requirements may have different shipping timelines. Any product-specific timing shown on the product page takes precedence over the standard processing estimate.
Which carriers do you use?
We currently ship through USPS and FedEx. The carrier used for an order depends on the destination, package, and shipping service selected.
How will I receive tracking information?
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information. If you do not see the message, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer service.
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. Enter the complete APO or FPO address during checkout, including the appropriate unit and ZIP code.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
The delivery estimate shown during checkout is provided by the carrier and can vary based on destination, weather, holidays, military mail handling, and other circumstances outside our control.
