90-Day Exchanges

New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase.

To begin an exchange, email support@leatherneckforlife.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the exchange you need.

90-Day Returns

New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.

Include a note with your original order number, name and contact information, reason for the return, and whether you previously contacted customer service.

Return Conditions

Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned in a condition unsuitable for resale may be denied.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the merchandise was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for Leatherneck For Life to process the refund.

Once processed, your financial institution may require an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@leatherneckforlife.com or call (888) 668-5649 before returning it.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when appropriate. We will review the issue and help determine the proper resolution.
