Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free. If for any reason you want to exchange your new unworn/unwashed items, just email us at support@leatherneckforlife.com to initiate your exchange.
90 Day Refund Policy
If you would like to return your unworn/unwashed items for a refund just send the item back to Freedom Overwatch LLC 3939 Tollhouse Dr Unit 115 Naples, FL 34114 to initiate your return. Include a note explaining the issue and include your original order number. Merchandise returns within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note, all clearance items are final sale and no refunds are accepted.
Your returned/exchanged item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Items that are not in new condition may be denied a return/exchange. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
