The shirt did arrive 10 days ago, but it was a Parris Island Alumni shirt, not the San Diego one that I originally ordered. I sent an email stating the error, and your Company answered my email notifying me that they'd send the correct polo, with a return package, so I can return the Parris Island polo.
This is one of my new favorite shirts, but what I love more than the quizzical looks from the uninitiated, and the knowing smiles from ‘The Few’, is the outstanding customer service that I personally received from Leatherneck For Life.
You can recognize a first class organization by how they respond to problems. The embroidery on the first shirt I received must have slipped past QC. It was not right. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and was immediately assured that a replacement was on its way. No bullshit, no argument, no excuses. Leatherneck For Life. Made it right!
